Avocado album cover meaning?????

Need help?
I have my own ideas on every other cover except this? Just don't know what to make of it
Disappointed the PJ20 book didn't enlighten me.
Interested in all your ideas or any insights one might have
I had it all once I gave it back

    Seriously, I don't think there is one. I don't mean to be anti-analytical but I think it's simply pop-art for pop-art's sake.

    I can tell you that one of the timesI talked to Eddie, I asked him this exact question.

    His answer was that it didn't mean anything. They were having problems coming up with something meaning full. Eddie had the idea and painted the blue backdrop, propped the avocado up on toothpicks and took the picture himself.

    I saw something years ago posted here that said there was some kind of voting rights or peace organization or something close to that whose symbol was a sliced avocado. I remember seeing the pic but can't tell you much more than that.

    It's an awful album cover; meaningful or not. The even messed up the shadow!

    The avocado is a pregnant woman (pear shaped). The next picture on the inside cover is just the seed, which represents the baby that has been born. I think Eddie and wife had a baby around the time of the album, providing the inspiration.
    What do you think of that theory?
