  I grew up about 10 minutes away from where he lived in Lakeland.
  
  Never heard of him, but always a shame to lose someone. Especially to cancer..

  Such a touching story...it's inspiring for someone that young to remain positive through music and love when faced with something as tragic as terminal cancer...
