maybe some of the thousands who lost homes in this will get compensated.


it does have a few more courts to go through, but its a good start.

  I should get my brothers take on this, he works for the ACE, although not at the time of Katrina.

  it is a good start. hopefully this case will serve as a precedent for any of the other cases that are still pending
