"Fatal" lyric question

In the opening to "Fatal", Eddie sings: " How good is he, how warm are his eyes, you'll see, it's not a reprise."

The word reprise confuses me a little there, and I was wondering if anyone here could help me make some sense out of it.

I understand that the word reprise means to revisit, but I have a hard time fitting it into context here.

Beautiful song.

    The song was originally called Plato. Seems to be philosophical questions to me.

    Reprise means repeat. I take this lyric as "How good is he? How warm are his eyes? You'll notice that that warmth doesn't repeat." He's warm when he wants to be. Maybe I'm wrong but I've always taken this song as a person attracted to/ dating someone that's unavailable (married). And they don't realize it. Just my guess

    I think it's written from the perspective of someone who's partner is having an affair. The reprise bit meaning the warmth from the person his lover his having an affair with won't be there like it is from the singer.

    I think "you'll see it's not a reprise" means that the story about to be told in this song (fatal) is not one that has been told previously. This one has a different ending
