The first thing every person should ingest upon waking is a glass or two of water! Kick starts the organs! Can I get an amen?

Eating with in an hour or two of waking up just isn't right...unless your hung then shove some greasy goodness in. Then best hangover food I ever had was when I went NY for 2 weeks and my friend there would go to Dunkin Donuts and get some steak, egg and cheese croissant sandwich - heart attack in a wrapper but it got us going each morning after partying our asses off each night.

i dont like to eating that much in the morning either, well just a coffee and a granola bar till lunch. If hungover like a MF i find a greasy meal the best....my all time favs: hash browns, sausage, eggs, onions, bacon, and cheese melted on top... Meat Lovers skillet at Smithy's.

B12 is good too for a pick me up after boozing.

Even better, take a big dose of B12 BEFORE you drink and your hangover won't be as bad. :)

Hangovers let you know that your getting old...

I swear, drinking used to be as easy as slamming a bag of Skittles ! Drink all night, have to work at 6 am, no problem. 30 min nap, good to go. Now, it's drink too much and have a two day hangover. Or, alternate water between every glass and still pass
out by midnight. It sucks, it really does. Think I just need to start drinking every night to build up my tolerance. I'll have to give that b12
A try. Fruit juices with lots of sugar are supposed to help out as well

You want to stay away from the high sugar fluids at least while you are drinking as this usually intensifies the hangover. Which is why, while I love G&Ts the hangover the next day kicks my ass.

Definitely. I won't drink any boozy drunks high in sugar. It makes me so sick the next day. Stick to spirits, white wine, and whatever shit premixed sugar free cocktails that have a high enough alcohol content to make it worth it, lol.

we need a recipe thread..the last one was really cool..

    spanakopita!! ;)

    Great idea! Start one.
Just don't call it an ***Official*** one it won't take.

Maybe a thread called - "Favorite Recipes of 10c"
We could all post our favorite recipe amongst us and we would have a very full index indeed.
A favorite recipe tucked away in your pocket that you have for guests would be awesome to share to others here.

    I really do
