    I think you should base it on what flight works best for you. Not much difference in the airports. Not like one of them is 2 hours away.

    basically:
    CIA is much closer to the city centre than FCO.
    CIA is the low cost base airline airport (ryanair & wizz) and has only fligths to/from Europe.
    FCO is the one that connects my hometown to the ROW.
