WRIGLEY FIRECREW PULLOVER question for the ladies...

I was wondering if any of my female PJ friends that have bought the Wrigley Firecrew Pullover could give me some insight into the sizing. I know it's a man's sweater, but there is not size chart listed. I usually go for a small in the men's department, but it varies from item to item. Anyone have any advice?
