Just got an email from 10c about it being returned? Hasn't even shipped yet. Had a line item for released and another for returned.

    I emailed and got a response back almost immediately. Sucks, but at least they are on it. Kudos to 10c on the quick response.

    They seem to be f*king every order I place up. I dare not order anything else since my last 3 orders have all gone wrong.
