Looking for 2006 bootleg CD's

Hello everyone

I am looking for the bootleg CD's for the 2 shows in Portugal back in 2006, Sept. 4th and 5th.
I know there are mp3 for download but I have found the 2 covers below and what I need to know is if these bootlegs were "officially" released on CD such as the 2000 bootlegs or were they just available digitally. If they were released I am interested in having the CD's and not just the digital version.
