What if it pours and thunders and lightning that day? Any chance they would move the date? (as it's pouring here in PA  )

Hopefully no lighting or bad storms that would make them shut it down. I'm wearing my board shorts and rash guard (from surfing) just in case. That way rain or beer gets on me, it just .......goes away.

I learned that from seeing some Cali guys at Alpine. Looked like they just came off the wave. Good idea!

I about highfived Bohdi and Johnny Utah!

This is how we do it!! In the Midwest, the only way we shut down a venue is if storm sirens go off!!

I saw Bruce @ Wrigley last Sept.

The concert was delayed about an hour for dangerous weather 'in the area'.

It never did get too severe though it did rain a bunch for about the last 1/3 of the show.

I would say rain or shine unless shit gets dangerous then they'll probably pull the plug.

    Rain might actually be nice.
Mid-July in Chicago is a hot, sticky mess!

    Rain might feel great!

    And...it'll wash away the stink!

And if some drunk pukes on you....boom....instant shower!:lol:

This has been itching at my brain since I got tickets to wrigley.

Alpine night one was even more disorganized because of the rain. With the way things have been in the midwest so far, there will be about a 95% chance of rain.

i was thinking this too. not like a crazy downpour with thunder and lightening but like you know, a decent drizzle for a little while wouldn't be such a bad thing.

Shame it wont be tomorrow. Chicago's weather for the next five days will probably be the best all summer. Low 80s, no humidity, no rain. Of course that means next friday will be 90s, humid and rainy.
