Monkey vs. Bear Bicycle Race

The Shanghai zoo recently had a bike race featuring monkeys and a bear racing against each other in a gladiator style arena. It's a horrid example of humans making a mockery of encaged animals. A travesty of the evolution of society. And bad times for the second monkey that could not hold his racing line against the bear.

I won't place video links .... Yet the zoo says the monkey was OK :?

However, how can we not discuss monkeys and bears racing bicycles? WTF China? On paper it seems awesome. Not so much in reality.
