I completely agree with Taylor Hawkins that the new U2 record is unlistenable! (Dont remember his exact words for it.) It's garbage!

Oh boy this is tough and I've never done one of these rank ems to U2 but I'll do this to the albums I've listened to the most over the years.....

    War
    The Joshua Tree
    The Unforgettable Fire
    Achtung Baby
    Boy
    Zooropa
All That You Can't Leave Behind
    Pop

    Rattle And Hum

How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb

Here's the video that saw back in '83 that told this band was going to be HUGE! Here Bono works his magic of working a crowd in the mid day heat and sun with his theatrics something Eddie V did when he was wild and young.

Go to 42:00 mark that's where I knew something was special about them and a few months later I got to see them on the War Tour in VA.

I'm going to interpret this request as ranking them in the order I most want to listen to them, not necessarily what I think is the best.

    1. Achtung Baby!
    2. War
    3. Zooropa
    4. All That You Can't Leave Behind
    5. The Joshua Tree
    6. Batman Forever
    7. My mix cd with them playing Whiskey In the Jar I got off Kazaa Lite 14 years ago
    8. The Unforgettable Fire
    9. Pop
    10. Boy
    11. That album with Vertigo on it
    12. October, No line on the horizon, and Songs of Innocence I never really listened to
