What is the policy to trade or share the official bootlegs once they are not available for sale? I thought once they weren't available for sale they could be freely traded or shared. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

That is correct. Commercial releases like albums/ Benaroya Hall cannot be traded freely cause they can be purchased. All old shows can be traded and the official ones that are out of print 2000-2006 can be traded cause they are out of print. 2007 boots were never commercially released.

Not sure on 2008 boots yet- they may still be available.
