The adult competition for 18 and up is Saturday, July 16. Packet pickup will begin at 8:30 a.m. A captain’s meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m., followed by matches beginning at 10 a.m. Men’s, women’s and co-rec divisions are available. The adult fee is $125 for a team of six to 10 players.
Olympic Park is at 1675 E. Old Schaumburg Road, just west of Martingale Road and Route 53 in Schaumburg. For information or to register a team, call (847) 985-2120 or visit dodgeballusa.com.

But is a dodge ball like a soccer ball? I would think that would hurt if someone hurled that at you.
I can't remember from my youth what kind of ball was used.
in my school, they were red and sort of felt like a thicker bike inner tube tire. air pressure was defiantly lower than a soccer ball. they can sting, but not to bad.
