    ugh. :) sorry, never got the attraction. maybe they progressed as time moved on but all I have heard is an average post-grunge PJ meets STP rip-off

    Yeah, they are touring right now. Check their site for dates. People on here have always said they were a grunge rip off, but when you listen to their other stuff besides Cumbersome and American Standard they are a great band that hasn't really been noticed that has their own sound.

    Great band....its a shame people overlook them, thinkin' that all their work is like American Standard and they aren't around anymore. Kind of like how people on this board bitch and moan when their friends think that PJ has not put out anything good since Ten. Can' wait for the new album in February, and hopefully a tour out west. Saw them in '98 in Sac, and on the Dis/location tour in LA. It seems all their shows are in the south.

    Thanks for posting the link. Sounds like more good stuff from 7M3. One of my favorite live bands. I've seen them twice and they put on a great show. Will have to check them out if they come around here.
    I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

    MAy be street team, but I'll agree... the songs sound good...

    Although Was a Ghost sounds watered down a bit compared to the live version... it's a good tune...

    There's another one called Upside Down not there that is pretty good...

    NakedClown, I agree with you about Was a Ghost. I've heard most of the songs live that are going to be on the new album and they are pretty unbelievable. This album seems like it's going to be a lot different than Dislocation.

    i really love these guys. never had the chance to see them at one of their own shows, but did see them as an opening band once and they were amazing. i have all their albums and can't wait til this one comes out! i love the way their sound has evolved into a more melodic, less angsty rock sound. it's nothing groundbreaking, but it's very solid and jason's lyrics are usually pretty great.

    The new album is up on ITUNES - it's got some freakishly good tunes on it: Break the Spell, Hammer & Stone, Inside Out, Dead Days in the Kitchen...

    Another good disc from a highly underrated band...
