Other than missing the first 8 songs, (I was hoping for Breakerfall to open and it almost did) This show was friggin incredible.....Walking into Big wave and then getting In hiding, I completely forgot that I missed a bunch of great songs. Looking back, I sure wished I would have been able to get there earlier. Couple that with being surrounded by fans that were into it as much as I was....made that night a great escape and a night to remember

PJ must've read this thread before the show. Cuz they obviously showed this tool whats up. Hartford was THE sleeper show of the tour. Other than maybe bonnaroo, this was the BEST one performance wise. and if it werent for the shitty police and ticket lines, it wouldve been the best period.

    thank u!

they are the only show on the tour where PJ hits the stage at 9:15....the will probably finish at 10:30....every time they play there it sucks....can anyone explain it? or why they keep playing there?

    LMAO @ pulaski...thanks dude... ;)

Hartford was the best show of this tour period!!! (slightly better than MSGII)

 look at the standout songs from that night...
This 3peat of Breakerfall-Last Exit-Gods' Dice was the indicator of what we're about to hear!!!
Then look at this straight set of ass kicking here---Sad, Brain Of J., Big Wave, In Hiding, Not For You(Modern Girl).
back-to-back of Leash and Blood was awesome.
Smile opening the encore 2 was great as well.

Well, since you brought it up...;)
You asked for it friend, but you were big enough to come back here and explain yourself.
    Glad you enjoyed the show.
IMO it was my favorite setlist and it was one of the best nights of my life. (for the most part..lol)

I was talking with someone on here yesterday who thinks they are a big jerk (themselves) and I said no way. They said yes, but at least everyone knows so there are no surprises or something like that.
I would rather you were honest here and not turn out to be a douchebag to someone that met you from here. Sometimes people seem very cool, but are very different in real life.
    Keep it real.
And I am glad you were wrong, though I had no doubts you wouldn't be. :)

Hartford was the best, so many great songs that I didn't expect to hear all in 1 show, great energy, the band was in fine form that night

The only thing that sucked about Hartford was the Motel 6

Out of the 3 shows I went to, minus the pepper spray cloud I walked into, Hartford hands down was the best.

I loved the set from Mansfield II but the energy and just the fact I was seeing them again was amazing to me. Any show with Smile is almost guaranteed to win me over anyways!

I was happy to be wrong. But also unhappy to be stuck in the 10C line and miss 45 minutes of the show. Maybe it was my punishment?

You must be thinking of when EV vowed never to come again, because the cops were assholes.

there was pepper spray without doubt. A whole section of people walked through a cloud of it. All of a sudden like 20 people just started coughing. My throat didn't hurt persay but it was irratated. It was pepper spray.

Way more than 20- I would guess over 100 people got hit by that shit.

I was just talking in my immediate area. I'm sure that stuff made it's way around. We were walking back to our cars. We were on the roadway crossing over, then 1 person coughed, then 3 people coughed, we all started coughing.

Made things interesting for sure. One of the guys I took down, huge fan, but much younger than the rest of us. Told me it was his first tailgating experience outside of soccer games. But not like a lot of them, and not of large scale. So that was cool. I think he really appreciated the entire night. I think he was a Ten kinda dude before. I think the show broke that shell. He'll be freaks like the rest of us by next summer!!!!!!!!
