Can’t anyone print a bootleg label and slap it on a wine bottle? 🤪🤷🏼‍♂️

I can say the same thing about any holy grail posters, they’re all on eBay for $19. This bottle isn’t mine, it’s one of the guys from C-Average. My point is this wine bottle is way more collectible

I thought eBay got out of the alcohol market. You must be on some other site... 🤔

I think my most rare/valuable collectables are my posters from the '98 Tour, Benaroya, or a couple of Bottles of Macallan Cask Strength I stashed in the closet when it got discontinued.

All the popular PJ posters have bootlegs on eBay. Only person that knows they are fake once framed is you

Loooking in the window I saw at my local record store a 98 pj poster. I think. They were closed. I texted owner. You have gold hanging up in there. He said he didn't know that. Turns out it's a copy that employee hung. She knew it was a copy and easy to tell when I looked at it when they were open. She bought a bunch of copies from a garage sale.

Yep and there were many other sites selling bootleg copies too.
During the 2022 tour there were LOTS of them. Many were selling the prints in different sizes.

  • I've never seen an MSG 2010 poster for sale for $19...

My nephew has access to a high end printer and hung up a bunch on PJ posters.  He doesn't care about anything other than that he likes them.  Would never claim they were anything other than print outs and even put some up in his room with tacks.  Lol.
As a poster collector this makes me smile.  He just likes some of the art.
Like my ripping out pages from magazines and putting them up in my room when I was in high school.
The love he receives is the love that is saved

Charlotte 2013 was my first show, and I didn't get a poster at the time.   If you're a Charlotte native, that poster is beyond perfect.   A few months later I decided to try and find a copy...   it was like $600.

No way I could afford it.

Asked a guy at work to print a copy....  he accidentally printed it on CANVAS about twice the actual size.
From like 50 feet away it was cool...  but up close it was garbage.

EVENTUALLY, I did get an authentic Charlotte 2013.  I love it... but I can completely understand simply wanting the poster for the sake of art/ sentiment...

    I'm like a tab

My second poster after getting into posters! Was also shut out at the show too!  Lucked into one for $100 on the secondary market a few months later. Munk One is always great! My first poster was his Atlanta 2012, hometown show for me and an all time favorite poster as well!

Sorry Sea, was just proving a point. I don’t partake in the bootleg. Now if you some of that wine……
