I cannot say enough about seeing the band in Italy. The enthusiasm and appreciation and energy is amazing and something you cannot describe unless you experience it. The Jeremy singalong after the song was over was incredible. No reason for the complaints about the set list lengths, this is absolute quality over quantity. Thank you Italy, absolutely the best. Crowd was MASSIVE and everyone just had a great time.

Amazing crowd. €8 beer was a joke. Good set list. Not sure if I’ve heard Save You live before, that was a treat. Wish Eddie let the crowd sing longer at the end of Jeremy.

Last night felt long, but of course short compared to previous tours.

Kind of hoped for more Gigaton songs, I like that album a lot.  Highlight for me was probably SOLAT into Black, crowd on left side of stage went crazy for those songs.

One more thing, we are so spoiled as TC members getting easy access to the front at PJ shows. That field was narrow and super long. I couldn’t imagine being at the back, which was four sets of speakers away. Waited three years for this show and trip. Well worth the wait

Hi, I host a Pearl Jam Podcast. We go back to some of the classic shows in their history and break down the entire setlist front to back. From historic perspective, to performances, to setlist construction, to fan stories. We do our best to capture the magic that is their live act and help you relive those memories, or if you weren't there, maybe turn you on to a show you've never heard before.

Live On 4 Legs can be found on Apple Podcast, Spotify and any other major podcast platform. But please support our website and check out the episodes archived there. Oh, and the Concertpedia as well (for you Five Horizons and Two Feet Thick fans, we've picked up where they've left off)

Loved this show. Band was on fire. Cool venue.

Agree that the €8 piss water beer was a joke.

Hope the momentum continues in Frankfurt.

    Boy oh boy. What.A.Gig.

Zurich was out of this world.
Imola was out of this galaxy.

Just home from an 8hr drive so will keep it brief. This was my 8th and now my favourite show of theirs. The band was absolutely on fire, and there was an intensity there which was unreal...I was awestruck with what was happening on stage. It was just so good. The band and of course the Italian crowd.. so super special. And that setlist, it was just perfect.
For anyone worried about the shorter setlists..don't be . These shows have no slack to them ( which some of the 3 hour plus shows sometimes had..) And even if you see 20-23 on the setlist, the shows definitely feel longer. I'm a fan of this format of the current tour, the shows don't let up. A quick mention also of Eddies voice , it is so fucking ON. On the 2018 tour he wasn't hitting the notes like he is on this tour..it is sooo good. I imagine shorter setlists must help with that ( and not getting sick like he did on the 2018 tour)
Everyone still going to shows for this tour..treasure them. They are super special.

Pearl Jam - 1/4 - Imola. The waiting drove me mad (pun intended)! First show over. Still alive. Short of words, full of feelings. Was a bit sceptical of going to this one, because one - it’s a festival on a freakin’ race track in Imola in the summer, two - previous extensive experience with Italians crowds 😅). But! The Pixies were a great foreplay, absolute legends and I wanted to see them live for a while. I enjoyed Paz Lenchantin on bass, knowing her from “A Perfect Circle” - was interesting to hear her in a much simpler “setting”…And then Pearl Jam…after all these years, they just always lift me, a complete soul lick from the dark and from the shadows. Really great setlist for a festival, Ed tucked some gems in between (Come back!!Save you!!). Of course I fall apart, only to be re-assembled. From the very same reason one might dislike Italians, you must also love them - great crowd, passionate sing-alongs, elbows in the face and “I love you Eddie”-in-your-ear-from-dudes-over&over aside. Band seems to be in a great shape, Mike McCready was killing it - literally! I thought he is going to play the guitar to it’s demise…shredding it on the guitar pedals, playing with teeth etc. The new touring guy Josh Klinghofer is very subtle in the back, still haven’t quite figured out what his part should be, some songs do sound fuller but not sure if it is really needed. Four Gigaton songs played including my favourite “7’o clock” - first time heard these songs live (tour was twice postponed). “Quick Escape” surprised me the most, yet another song that works much better live. I appreciate how Eddie was super concerned about people fainting - stopped the concert mid-song twice to make sure people were pulled-out safely. The encore was Ten-ish and brutal in that way.
Couldn’t wished for a better “intro-concert”, although I am not sure if it is intro - I am already fully in! Kick-off out od the field!
Poster of the gig has a verse on the back “The path to the paradise begins in hell” - Dante Alighieri, (designed by the amazing Rhys Cooper) - oddly, given that the heat on the Autodromo was almost unbearable at times before the show, that sums it up perfectly. Pumped for more.
The worst enemies of music? Money and Mathematics. Combined with music, they both do the exact opposite of what they're supposed to do. Money makes music cheap, mathematics makes it stupid and predictable.

Amazing concert, setlist, energy. Loved it.

Only downside for me was I thought (and a few others) there'd be a merch stand outside the venue like most. I had planned on checking in to my hotel and dropping the poster etc off after. But went in with all my gear when 10c early entry happened at 1pm. So was in there for the day then. It was hot!! I loved how we were escorted down to the pit in single file :)

Haha, that happened in Berlin and Zürich as well. Kinda funny, felt a bit like kindergarden though

The thing  is they  must do it. Ive been at 10c entry where ass hats think its some kind of 100m dash and push women and youngsters over. I was once with a lady that was pushed to the floor  and crying . Ended up way back  and very disturbed.

I had tix to this show, but couldn't make the rescheduled date.
Listening now on PJ Radio.  Sounds like it was a good time.
Sad I didn't get to visit Imola.

    We had an amazing time!
Unfortunate that we had to give up our Sea Hear Now water bottles at security.
