I don't recall a thread regarding these guys... but am I the only one on here that thinks they are awesome?

I can recall when they released 90125 in my time. What an unreal album. My friends and I listened to that everywhere we went. I convinced my HS basketball team that 'Owner of a Lonely Heart' needed to be one of our warm-up songs.

I can recall many nights coming home late, lying in bed with headphones... and just loving Changes, Hold On, and Leave It (maybe my favourite from the album).

** If there is an 'official thread'... can someone bump it to the top so I can reflect with some other Yes fans?

    Atta guy!

I'd love to chat with you about this band, but I'm waiting for it to be moved to the appropriate thread so it doesn't get mixed up, or in the way, of all the threads where nutbars are demanding the right to own assault rifles and land mines.

I was introduced to Rush and Yes about the same time in 1982 by a high school friend. I was starting to play drums then so I was mesmerized by Peart and White.

    Yes has some amazing work.

It's use in Buffalo '66 is so masterful as well.

I wonder how long Vincent Gallo had that whole choreography in his brain before finally getting it down on film.

YES has some fantastic songs. I'd love to see PJ cover Seen All Good People or Roundabout.  90125 was so different than their prog rock stuff but I still dug it a lot as well.
