    My shop will have it.  I’ll try my friend but fair warning —they only got three copies (and they’re pricey for some reason.  Like $60).

    No sir.  $60 + shipping if I get it.  I don’t have high hopes I’ll get it so everyone else please help out Chris as well.   If we get extras it should be easy to find a buyer.
