To continue on the movie path for one more 'WEAKEST LINK'. I decided to go with films I love from the Coen brothers. Pick the film that you think is the WEAKEST LINK from the ones provided.  Again, thanks to everyone who plays.

Now to the 1st Round to determine the BEST of these COEN BROTHER films.

You are going to pick the film that you think is the "Weakest Link" after 2 days I remove the two (2) movie with the most votes. We will then move on to ROUND 2.

also no Barton Fink? (Would have replaced one of these two with that).

I can see that. Barton Fink is great, that was actually #11 on my list.

You need to watch Miller's Crossing, Dave.
Spectacular movie.... you'll not be sorry.
It might be #1, for me, it certainly is top five and the top five of this list are ridiculously good.

This is going to be tough moving forward. I am not even sure who I think should win yet. I am fluctuating between at least 4 of them.

You really rank Hail, Caesar! and Burn After Reading more highly than Blood Simple and A Serious Man?

    MILLER'S CROSSING
Top 3 are O Brother, Raising A and Big Lebowski.  Fargo will be fourth.

    I can't imagine a different ending of these 4.

O Brother and Raising will always be favorites of mine.  The yodeling in RA always cracks me up.  The whole of O Brother though wins every time for me.

This might be the best my favorite quote, from a ridiculously quotable string of movies....

"Uh Cousin Walsh, would it be the acme of foolishness to inquire if you had any hairnets?"

My other favorite back and forth is when the show up to Walsh's house.

    Gunshot!!

"Hold it right there!  You men from the bank?"

    "You Walsh's boy?"

"Yessir!.  And he told me I'm to shoot anyone from the bank."

"Well we ain't from the bank young feller"

"Yessir, he also told me to shoot anyone serving papers"

"We ain't got no papers neither"

    "I nicked the census man!"

    "Now there's a good boy."

Agree , honestly if the Big Lebowski does not take it , I would be shocked.

I swear I watched that movie on VHS over 100 times in college.

Yeah looks like it got good reviews. If it's on Netflix or Amazon Prime, I'll check it out.

I haven't seen a few of the others in ages (Raising Arizona and Inside Llewyn Davis)
