Pearl Jam’s greatest Madison Square Garden Show.

The Garden. “The Worlds Most Famous Arena”. The cathedral where so many legends were born or drawn into the depths of obscurity. Which one show was Pearl Jam’s finest. Best setlist, most energy, best connection with the crowd all that in consideration.   Please respond.

Honestly, all the MSG shows are special in unique ways, but that 98 show was something else. Of course, there was the Breath campaign, but the Alive "heys" were nuts. Keep in mind, back in 98 the "heys" moment was far more special than it is today. Especially since I hadn't seen Alive performed live until that show.

Hasn't there been  alot better concerts released from The Budokan than MSG?

Isn't that the cathedral of live music releases at least.

The first set of night one was insane, probably the best I ve ever seen them play.  Night two I thought they were a little flat.

For me it’s the Live at the Garden show (mostly because it’s my only one!).

Killer energy, a rare 30+ songs for the time, Low Light for maybe only the fifth time, plus two Ben Harper duets!! That was a killer show.

Omg I totally forgot about 2016 lmao I’m an idiot. MSG 1 2016 was unbelievable. I put it 4th. That main set was the best I had heard them since 2010.
MSG 2020 would have been number one 😭😭🥺🥺

I’ve been fortunate to see all the MSG shows and have loved them all. My default for best is 9/11/98 over 5/21/2010 in a photo finish.  But I’d love to have official boots for both nights in 1998.  We had a blast at night 1 too that tour.
