A Nov Aus and NZ tour would cap off the year nicely!! Cmon PJ you know you want to!! Then in 2021 you have time to do another swing through South America and more of the US and Canada.

Any Australian tour is a good tour.  They don't come here often.

How about just a NZ tour? Dunedin Wellington and Auckland. No Covid here except in quarantine-hell chuck Hamilton and Christchurch in too.

They probably would if they were allowed to travel overseas.   It's Covid free where I live in the country in New South Wales.  Not all of Australia has been affected.

Just get an exemption and go through quarantine. Significant economic benefits to the country and the band team. Tack the quarantine costs onto the tickets.

Tasmania would be a great place to kick off the Tour... we have a big Moat around us... we could do a travel bubble with NZ. No cases at the moment here. Only 2 cases since May. Come to Tassie..

As I said, I'm in a quiet country area in northern NSW.  I think there were a few cases in Byron Bay a few months ago but that is a busy tourist town.  Sydney is a 9 hour drive from where I live.  We have been lucky.

NZ has community transmission now. Unknown source. Though the massive response is giving us heart.

Saw that on the news ... so much panic, with people knocking each other over to get into shops.  :open_mouth:

I'm in level 3 lockdown in Auckland, which is not great, but also not too bad.

I'm in Mangawhai after escaping LA at the end of March when shit was looking like it was going to hit the fan. Level 2 up here and it doesn't change a whole lot for us. Staying at my wifes parents place with a big yard and garden for our 2 year old son to run around in... and by all means PJ play some shows down here.

So Guns N Roses are touring Australia and NZ in November 2021.  Hopefully this means a PJ tour around that time too.

I've got a feeling that it will be early 2022. Covid is under control here & I'm sure the band are itching to get back to playing live & Australia is going to be one of the safest places to do & they are long overdue to come back

Agreed. I am all for them going back to the South Pacific, but well have to be realistic. We're talking global vaccination and a year from now is too ambitious based on early timetables I've read. With the way some of these potential vaccines need to be stored, not every place has the ability to store them (the most reportedly effective one requires -70 F cold storage, spoil after 3 days, most places do not possess this type of cold storage). You all are handling yourselves pretty well with the hard borders, county by county restrictions (my in-laws all live in WA), but I don't see the band risking it.
