  • Where is the documentary available.  I read Andy Mulvihill’s book and it was really great.  Would love to see the doc.

The one in nj? Yes. Never got hurt, but I was a cautious little sucker. I recall the cannonball being a fun waterslide. In weird nj they write about how banged up people got.

Aka "Traction Park." Never went -- driving in New Jersey is dangerous enough for my taste.

    So cold!

I did manage to hurt my back pretty good on the go karts because my buddies were playing demolition derby and ramming each other.  It was a lot of fun. =)

  • Yeah, I was there many times when I was a kid. Almost drowned in the wave pool multiple times. Wiped out on the Alpine Slide and still have the scars. It was absolutely my favorite place to go when i was a kid. My parents had no idea how dangerous that place was (or maybe they did and were trying to get rid of me?)  It was every bit as terrible as they say and I loved it.

Flipped my sled on the alpine slide once. Completely shredded my back. Was a bloody mess.
Kept on going in the park for the rest of the day. Was too much fun to let a little skin loss get in the way.
Almost lost my sister on another visit. Couldn't find her after the cliff dive. I was pretty sure she drowned until I saw her about five minutes later on the side of the pool area. I don't think we were even teenagers yet. Don't remember my parents supervising us either. Ahhh memories.

I went there on the 8th grade senior trip. I got a few scrapes. But nothing serious
