billing email from TenClub

has anyone gotten an email from ten club stating that your order was rejected and that they are trying to confirm your billing address? I have gotten 3 but they dont reference and order or anything

    ok, ive gotten 3 emails from them with no responses. I thought it might be an issue on their end.

    I received this as well on my vinyl bundle order. However, there is no reason for my shipping/billing addresses to differ. Strange. When I logged in to my account, Google Chrome said my password had been exposed for this site and to change it. Not sure if that's a coincidence or not but it all seems very odd.

    I have a charge on my bank account for the bundle, and says "clearing" on my order status. Also received an e-mail about a billing issue.

    I also got one. I wouldn't panic, though, it appeared that 10C is on top of things.

    Just got that email.  I'm assuming it's the album pre-order because when I go under "orders" it has a purchase of $54 (or so) that is "Clearing".
    Turns out my "Primary Address" and my "Billing Address" in my account were different.  My billing address was an old address.

    If you get this email, check your addresses in your account and make sure they are the same and they match the address associated with your credit card.

    I am having this same problem. I thought it was for the tickets and started freaking out. So, this is for the bundle? All my addresses are up to date and they used the same card to recently charge me for my Vault and no problems, so WTF?

    I believe it's for the bundle.  I think the 10c has control over the processing, payments and shipping of the bundle.  I believe Ticketmaster controls the payments for the tickets.

    An aside.  I had a payment rejected from an online retailer recently because the address was slightly off.
    Instead of "East Whatever Road" I entered it as "E. Whatever Road".  I guess that was enough to get it rejected.

    I looked in my account for my addresses and I had my city in lower cases.  Changed it.  Then noticed that the website has my billing and shipping addresses in a different format.  Hope that’s al it is and they can correct it.  I’m starting to calm knowing it seems to be the CD not my tix.  Can always get the CD another day

    ok, i was wondering if i'd end up seeing a thread like this....

    it felt strange to me because i had just ordered a slipmat sunday that was successful and has shipped already, and all of the info, including the credit card, were exactly the same...

    sounds like a minor issue that i'm sure they'll sort out. glad to see i'm not alone

    The Main Dog just posted on Facebook that there is no reason for concern, they were overwhelmed with orders yesterday and they are fixing some processing errors.  They is on it.  Let them fix.
    His eminence has yet to show.
