Here I stand, deluxe bluray limited edition in hand...

the fan inside me on one shoulder says, what the hell is your problem, open that thing and watch!!!!

the other says, keep it sealed and trade for some vinyl, they'll release more or you'll be able to download it on the web to watch.........

hmmm, what to do?!

riot act, lost dogs, avocado...why did I take a break from vinyl when you were released?????????!

    Theoretically I think there is a better chance of those albums being re-issued on vinyl than the Blu Ray PJ20 being re-released.

    When those albums came out on vinyl I don't remember anything about them being limited editions. Just ran out of print.

    With the 'hopefully' coming re-issuing of the albums on the horizon, eventually you will have those albums on vinyl.

    Personally I would open and watch the Blu Ray.

    and while I can't really chime in because I have the blu ray plus the vinyls.... I would prefer the Blu Ray.

    It's pretty much just wrapped in plastic wrap ... No labels or stickers. Just open it watch it and re- package it like :mrgreen: I did

    WATCH IT! I have been patiently waiting for mine, hoping it'd come today so we could have the viewing party tonight, and NADA. :( Mondays are my busy time, but I will find time if the mailman decides to be so nice to deliver my discs!

    I'm having the same dilemma.. Open it and watch it, or keep it as a collector's item. I mean, I can buy disc one from best buy, buy disc two on itunes, and borrow disc three from my friend who already opened his set. but i wouldn't have the convenience of watching them all at my whim. the collector in me says keep it sealed (and yes, i have probably dozens of unopened star wars figures from decades ago) but the fan in me says to watch it. i'm thinking the fan in me will win and i'll crack it open.. but really, how often do i sit down and watch my dvds and blurays over and over
