  Okay. I’m wondering because of the daylight in the video and the relatively unknown band when this show was booked?

  The article seems to say that Lou Reed played between PJ and The Cult (who were headlining). So PJ was the third from the top. 
  
  Looking at those other artists and their careers in 1992, this seems plausible.
