    A long overdue shout-out to @derbydave for his kindness in taking the Easy Street RSD copy he was able to find for me (I was able to find one around home) and to go through the PayPal, packing and mailing hoops to get that sent off to Roger. Many, many overdue thanks, especially since I know Dave had been at a show the night before, 3+ hours away and had returned to Columbus to start standing in the RSD line at 3:30 AM.

    Many of us here have been touched by Dave's kindness and generosity. I haven't been around much lately. I should have given credit where credit is due a while ago. My apologies.

    Being a member of this community, I have had the pleasure of meeting a number of people and in doing so, many have become incredible friends. We've passed tickets back and forth, albums, merch, crashed, cried, hugged and occasionally overstepped. Airport runs, cookie boxes, no/low sleep, holding that spot up front for the short ones, dinners and wine... Long drives and longer talks. A bunch o' bonding over this band of ours.

    It makes my heart smile to see different people helping others to find that special thing. We all know it's nothing necessary for life. The mystery box thread and though no zippos or, um, vulture items are available, so many people getting, enjoying, trading and sharing.

    This family of ours... enthusiastic, passionate, sometimes a lil overlyesque, but well-intentioned, kindhearted and overall lovely people. We're an odd lot, but a loving lot.

    Thanks for pulling together and taking care of each other. Keep up the kindness.
