So subjective and hard to answer truthfully on the pre-2000 stuff as a lot depends on if a good audience source was actually achieved, which is/was never a guarantee.

I can't really count prior to 1992, there is just nothing really worth doing there.

    1992 - 6.18 Zurich, 3.2 Den Haag, 2.12 Amsterdam
    1993 - 11.12 Dallas, 11.17 New Orleans, 10.31 Berkeley
    1994 - 3.13 Chicago, 3.29 St Pete, 4.3 Atlanta, 4.11 Boston, 4.12 Boston, Bridge shows
1995 - All the Sept and Nov shows.
    1996 - 9.28 Randall's Night 1, 11.21 Barcelona, 10.1 Buffalo and the Bridge Shows
    1998 - 9.3 Birmingham, 9.11 MSG, 7.14 LA, 7.18 Portland
2000 - 6.6 Cardiff, 8.25 Jones Beach, 8.23 Jones Beach, 6.29 Oslo, 11.3 Boise (legitimately there are 5 really excellent shows each leg, but peoples opinions will vary greatly)
2003 - 2.28 Sendai, 3.3 Tokoyo, (truthfully the entire Japan run is awesome) 4.19 Atlanta, 4.28 Philly, 5.2 Buffalo (Penn State gets the big love, I was there, it was awesome and cherish the experience, but I think Buffalo is a better overall show) 6.29 Montreal, 7.8 MSG, 7.14 Homdel (you could find a different list every person for this tour)
2005 - 9.16 Ottawa, 9.12 London (overall, I find this to be the best the band has ever sounded live and on the bootlegs, some shows have a wart or two - particularly the beginning of the most recent Vault 8 - but overall there are tons of good shows from this tour, 9.5, 9.7, 9.11 are other stand outs.  If you are seriously into bootlegs, you should have every show from this tour, particularly now that the better lossless flacs are available.)
2006 - I have just started revisiting this tour, particularly the back half, so with grain of salt I could change on a dime with each new show, the best stuff to me is the end of July West Coast and the mid September Euro.  The New Castle Australia show 11.19 is pretty strong.

I have not spent nearly as much time with the later years.  It became too much to track down every show after a while.
His eminence has yet to show.

The 2010 Cleveland show was imo very close to perfect. I would have swapped force of nature for unthought known but that show started so great.  That was such a great show wow!
    I found my place......and it's alright
