what if the 96-98 posters were

reissued and sold for charity

sell for $35. each

$5. to cover reprinting cost

$15. for the artist charity of choice

and the final $15.for pearl jams charity of choice

In the lower corner of the print put 2019 for the reissue distinction from originals

This might raise over $100,000. for charity

Pretty epic idea. As someone with only one (Firehouse) in my collection, I'm supportive but would love the view of those with more. I will add, I didn't like it when they reissued the RHCP / PJ print at a different size/material - thought that was a bit much  - but same size/paper and signed (even as reissue) - in!

I had one of these posters. They sold it at the 2000 Charlotte show (which had no poster of it's own..) and I bought it. Some time later I was so angry that there was no Charlotte (or Greensboro either) poster that I tore it to shreds.

Or they could print them on thin glossy record-store style poster paper, rather than the thick art stock used for concert posters, to differentiate from the originals.

What I would also really like would be some merch reprints/reproductions... dunno why the tshirts I bought in the 90s were L/XL but I'd really like the MonkeyMan 1998 tour shirt in medium.

Would be awesome. I say devalue the whole fucking market and bring these to folks who are priced out due to "collectors" valuations.

I tend to agree with this, if you told anyone else that pearl jam posters go for $500+ they would laugh at you and wonder who is paying that much!
