    Growing up my parents listened to the Beatles, John Denver, Beach Boys and random 60's rock.  However they never played Zep or Pink Floyd.  I'll give each of them a sample today.
    I was going through my records yesterday and came up with this list.

    nice list but I personally would replace Blink and guns n roses with Metallica- Master/Justice for all and probably Soundgarden- Superunknown and Down on the upside

    I don't listen to them much anymore (Floyd more than Zep), but I tip my cap to them anytime I have the opportunity to do so.

    Floyd is more 'personal' (headphones) and unique- best for a melancholy mood... and Zep is more 'shared' (loud)- best for a gathering or good time mood.

    That's the way, respectively, I feel about Radiohead and Oasis.

    Hmmmmm, seems like I messed up. Forgot about rattle and hum being in between the two. Solid album for sure.
