    IL and NJ are probably the two most fiscally irresponsible states in the U.S.  Not to mention corrupt for IL as well. The biggest armpits of America (financially speaking).

    Do the wife and kids come with the house and Pilot?  If so, I’m out.....everyone I talk to says having a wife and kids is a lot of work!  LOL !!!

    Back on track.  Wife and kids do not come with the house. I have had some inquires but nothing planned out. 
    I ll sweeten the deal by leaving my beer fridge fully stocked with local ipa s.

    not quite ! About 70%. Wasn’t too long ago it was on par. But , yes the exchange sucks now.  Especially buying merch in USD. Us Canucks have to add 30%.
