    After tons of refreshing I was able to go from payment to review to submit all with just 1 click each.  That might have been tougher than Prague.

    This is ridiculous, fix the site already. Just make it like Brads site, once its in your cart your good. I mean cmon, you know what to expect now.
     I mean this site is so bad i didnt even know i had one, i was trying for five minutes and just happened to check my email on my phone and saw the order went through! No confirmation screen nothing but errors and white screens but somehow it went through.

    I wonder if 10c is using Hotjar recordings (or something similar) to really get to the issues that the site is having.

    I would assume they are running a trace of some sort, but I'm guessing it's as simple as the servers are completely overloaded.
