CD. No need to pay for digital, they’re all out there anyway.  Just find them.

I would buy only vinyl bootlegs if that ever becomes an option.

I just ordered Seattle 1 in flac and was assuming I would be sent a download link right away. Instead my order just says pending. Is This normal? The last bootleg I ordered was in 2013 and I don't think I had to wait at all.

CD.   I like to collect the cd's from the shows I've been too.  I always thought it was a shame you can't use the analog 10c code to discount a cd like you can for FLAC (or use it to get a FLAC for free for that matter).

I don't own a turntable. I'm running out of things that play CDs. I have relatively crummy headphones.

    Voila! MP3 for me!

I use the download codes for the shows I attended.  i get enough of the other live stuff from PJ Radio and I don't feel the need to buy a box set.  I'd probably never listen to or even open the majority of them.

Has happened to me. Bought about half of the 2000 tour, lsitened to them all a lot. Did the same for 2003.
Bought a handful of others, but when 2008 and 2010 came, bought the box set. I never even opened most of the cd's until a few months ago when I finally ripped them into my computer.
*now that I looked in the shop, I think its the 2009 and 2010 box set. And I purchased about half of 2008 separately. I can't even remember what years I have a box set for!
How many live shows do I really need? I probably have about 200 at this point, and I bet there's 40 or 50 I still haven't even listened to.
And honestly I can't even have a favorite because they all just blend together at some point.

So now I just buy the shows I go to, and 1 or 2 more if they really stick out.
But I prefer hard CD's and rip them. The digital code is just a bonus for me for one extra show (that I obviously don't need).

Started out buying CDs and bought the 2016 boxset due to the number of shows I attended.

I bought some of the FLAC HD when they first became available and although there is a difference in quality, I can only play them on my PONO so it cuts down on the options.

Nowadays I am more likely to just use my bootleg code on a MP3 for arandom show that has a good setlist. I am thinking about going for London 2.  any folks out there that have heard this boot?

When the cds were actaully cds, I went that route, but given they are just burned, give me the data file and I will burn it myself.  That way I always have the source copy, until my drive crashes.

Tried to download 8/8/10 to my iPhone. Can’t figure it out. Not sure how I’m supposed to hold down a ‘control’ key that doesnt exist while I’m trying to click the song.
    Download manager does nothing.
Contacted nugs and they won’t help me because I bought it thru pj.
    Totally lost on this.
i already ordered the cd...but just wanted to listen early. Oh well.... I’ll just wait for the postman. Thankfully, I only wasted a tenclub download code rather than cash.

I downloaded each song individually to my computer and then transferred the folder to my phone. Was a pain in the ass but only took a few minutes. The "download manager" did nothing.

Speaking of downloading. Anyone else have this problem?
When I rip CDs onto my computer, there is no standard format for naming. Disc 1 may be titled something like "Seattle 11/1/2000" and disc 2 is titled "2000 November 1 Seattle" or something weird. With a different name it doesn't even recognize it as the second disc to the show.
Its not a huge deal, but do go through and change the title of each CD so they can match up becomes a pain when you're trying to upload an entire box set.
Why isn't there a standard naming system they use, or at least make both parts of the same show the same!

I voted CD because I want a physical copy.   as for your question about yes happens on a lot of their bootlegs.  it's kind of random and kind of annoying.

Yeah I get that a good bit with the bootleg CDs.  I'm actually not even sure if they are tagged from Nugs or if its just grabbing whatever user defined tags are in the CDDB.  I always rename mine anyway as I like to keep all my bootlegs (CD or digital) in the same naming format:

This may be a silly question but I'm kind of an old man when it comes to these things.  If I were to DL one of these shows onto my phone's music library, what's the best format to use so I can listen to it in my car? (whether it's transferred to spotify or whatever)  My car doesn't have a CD player
