Opinion on Fenway seat location

Better to sit behind home plate (field box 47) or grandstand 9 (row 12)? Field box to stage distance seems far and baseball net is up, but straight line of sight and good sound I would guess. GS9 closer to stage, but higher up and side-ish view. Thoughts? Thank you!

    IMO, Grandstand would be a bit rough for sound if you’re under the overhang, which I think you would be. Plus kind of an iffy angle.

    People say you don’t notice the net once the lights go down but I can’t personally say. There’s been some pics floating around  because of this same question and it looks rather ‘invisible’ for the most part.

    If I had the choice I’d go with Field Box. But here are some pics that aren’t exactly in those sections but can give you an idea anyway;

  • I sat in grandstand 11 row 8. Sounded fine view was what I expected but.... it was very warm- little to no air movement. It was noticeably more breezy at the top of the grandstand sections and closer down towards the loge/field boxes.
  • Thanks to both of you! Appreciate the input very much.
