HELP - 10c box office wait time for non smart phone tickets?

For those that do not have a smart phone and had to go to the 10c customer service box office window to get a ticket - 
how long did it take to get your ticket and what time did you get in line?
I need to plan for Wrigley.  Thanks in advance.

    I'm guessing 1 to 10 minutes

    Wrigley? took about 4 minutes last time I was there....fenway took about 30.

       Nice - and some of us have been posting our inability to download Wrigley tickets for several days to said smartphone, meaning I am going to have to get in line once I get there.  Not happy.

    obviously u need to make sure 10c are aware of your needs  :)
    they took care of me in seattle
    no line to wait. took them 10mins max

    i picked mine up 3 hours before show time

    Line was short in Seattle 4-5 people. It took them a few minutes to verify my account but they quickly printed out all of my tickets for Seattle, Chicago, and Boston shows at the same time.

    Did the tickets they printed out for you look like print at home printouts or like actual ticket stubs that you could frame?

    5 min at window. Line wait depends on folks in line. Box opens at noon. If you show up 30 right before doors, your wait will be longer.

    They were regular Ticketmaster print at home tickets on a full size sheet of paper. Then they put a gold 10 club circular stamp on it. So not really good for framing. But I was able to find actual ticket stubs on the ground after each Seattle show.
