We are mostly all die hard fans here. But honestly, in the grand scheme of things, Pearl Jam hasn't been relevant in a long time. I cant tell you how many times I've talked to people about a trip that I went on and saw a concert and the response was, "They still tour?" or "Oh yeah I remember listening to them 20-25 years ago." Not sure if the poster was a "marketing" plan to get their name in the news a little in order to raise awareness for their "homelessness" cause?  We haven't heard much in the press since the Denver Pepsi Center concert during the Bush presidency. When a mass exodus from the concert was reported as well, which was really 10 or 20 people. This may not even come close to that.
I think I understand what you are trying to say...but the band just raised $11M.  Hard to say they are irrelevant.

Im not a fan of the poster, but I do respect the artist in the freedom of expression.  I’m not a fan of the political posters.  I’d much prefer the ones like Pitt 2013 that have meaning for the location in relation to the band.  But to each his/her own.

I don't see how any rational person could look at Trump and what's he's done since taking office and say "this person is for the people" or "this person's agenda reflects my best interests." Trump says one thing, and does the complete opposite. If you can't see through that, frankly, you're an idiot. I find it shocking how his primary base of poor, uneducated white people seems to think that he's there to help them. He has installed people to tear down the (very limited) social systems the US has in comparison to other first world democracies (Canada, UK, Australia, any scandinavian country) - for example DeVos as Secretary of Education, or Pruitt (a former oil exec!) as head of the EPA (only now deposed as a result of his frivolous conduct - not to due to his anti-environment agenda). Education and the environment are two of the most critical things that impact your daily life; things your taxes are going towards; and things that all people should enjoy. Enjoy your departure from Pearl Jam, there are plenty of musicians who reflect your values. Hope you like Kid Rock, Kanye, and Ted Nugent!

Color me surprised that someone still supporting Trump doesn't understand metaphor and is more offended by a concert poster than their leader locking immigrants in cages, abusing the office for profit, making thinly veiled racist insults, etc. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

The beautiful irony about this is conservatives say they never get offended by anything and hate political correctness. Yet, here we are.

Exactly. They're just as "snowflakey" as the left.

Now excuse me. I have to go wish a Muslim a happy holidays as I drink from my red Starbucks cup (actually, that Starbucks cup would anger people on the left and the right.)

I think the poster kind of sucks & wouldn't hang it at my house, plus I am not looking to make political statements, I just want a groovy chillin' vibe, but I am not going to stop listening top Pearl Jam because they made a lame poster (they have made lots of lame posters in the last 27 years), the music is far more important to me than something that irrelevant. Spiritual Insights>Political Insights. Amsterdam I didn't suck because they had a ugly atrocious poster for that show, the show was great in spite of the ugly ass poster
