Home show 10C tix question

I wasn't able to get 10C tix for the Home Shows this time around and am wondering if they are doing something different from the way they used to do it.  Some one has offered to transfer a 10C ticket to me.  In the past, you had to pick the tix up in person at the show on the day of the show.  Paper tix.  I haven't been to a show since 2016.  Have things changed?

    Yes, there's a new ticket system for the stadium shows.  All tickets were electronic with only one of the two being transferable.

    Again, thank you for the information.  Now I have a transferred ticket on my computer.  How do I get it onto my phone.  The instructions say to log into the ticket portal from my phone.  Where do I find that?
