    Haha, no ledge for me. I enjoy watching 10c's masterclass on customer support and communications. Being in the customer service industry myself, it is always entertaining to watch how not to do something. There are lessons to be learned!

    So you've figured out how to get around this issue? Why don't you share your analysis of the actual cause and the estimated time of a fix?
    You're filling your diaper about communication, not about the cause of the issue. I don't need a detailed explanation about whatever is causing the issue.

    Google Wallet used to be really awesome, as you could request a debit card, that only had as much money as you wanted to put on it.  Meaning it was great for travel.  Too bad it was only around for like a year.

    You know what...I think they moved it all over to google pay.  There's a "passes" section in the app, I'm guessing the Tickets will be able to g there.
    Yeah, I installed Google Pay just now and see the Passes section.  Will try to download once the ticket site is back up.
    Hmm i downloaded google pay and i don't see the passes section...
    When i click on the three lines in the top left the options are:

    I just logged in and my tickets where there.  They weren't there earlier.  I successfully transferred them to Apple wallet.  Crisis averted!

    What I often find ridiculous is that people will come on here to start an entire thread where everyone freaks out and then starts bitching about lack of communication when most have failed to contact the source to clarify what is going on and if anyone is aware of the problem that can actually do something about it. I know 10c can be slow or completely lack in the communication dept., but someone starting a thread while also not reaching out isn't doing any better of a job.

    I still can't wait for the 2017 single to be released ;)

    Sure, what could go wrong if you're trying to log in to Ticketmaster standing at the ticket gate? Nothing to lose, right? I mean, their site is always up and running. No history of issues.

    I started the thread. After emailing them. Tweeting at them. And calling them. Still no response.

    If you download them, at least they're on your phone and you're not relying on a site being down or no access to a signal, etc.

    The band was more worried about 7 days of Merch then getting these tickets ready the day before the shows.
