My mobile tickets disappeared for Seattle and Missoula!

So, my Ten Club tickets for Seattle N1, Seattle N2 and Missoula are all gone. I viewed them through the mobile ticket portal a few weeks ago and saw exactly where I sit. Now I went today to download them to my mobile wallet, and they're just not there. There's nothing there. Tried on both my phone and my computer. Nothing. I emailed customer service but haven't heard anything. Anyone else with this issue???

    Yes, this is everyone.  Par for the course, there are issues and I am sure they are working to resolve.

    I logged in this morning to do the same thing and mine are gone-- at least we aren't alone.  I was worried I'd been hacked and tickets stolen somehow...  Seattle N2

    Same. I got N1 into my wallet, but N1/N2 and MIssoula are gone here as well from Ticketmaster.

    wrigley n1 here. same thing. i had started to transfer my extra ticket 2 days ago but cancelled it. thought I had screwed up royally haha

    BACK UP YOUR TICKETS: 

    1) Load them into your Wallet ASAP 
    2) Take screen grabs and store them in your phone photo album, and upload them to cloud storage like dropbox (remember to keep them private/secure, don’t upload to IMGUR public) 
    3) email them to yourself as well so you can access them remotely just in case

    Well, how do we do that now? Both nights in Wrigley are gone for me too. I just figured I would add them to my wallet later when we got closer to the shows.

    The headache this has caused is not worth any of this paperless crap. Tickets are actually easier to transfer, when you go through the turnstile they give you a "set locator" printout, and believe it or not, some people in this fan club don't have cellphones. I don't know what argument they have to keep this process but it's a crap one.

    I'm guessing there might be some kind of update this morning, as today is the date they were to become transferrable to google pay (android wallet).   I hope it's fixed soon.  I wanted to get the tickets into Android Pay before I crossed the border.

    The website is having issues and not specific to any device (desktop, iOS and Android). Guessing we'll see it back up and running in a few hours.

    The guy i'm buying my Boston 1 ticket off said his disappeared this morning as well. Wtf?!
