Hmm, seems strange to have to "confirm". We all paid months ago so the tickets should be confirmed already...

There won’t be an issue with confirming the availabilty of the tickets that we’ve all paid for, this is to so with the logistics of picking them up from the ticket window on the day.

At the O2 in 2009 there was a large queue but it moved fairly well & didn’t take too long. Leeds in 2014 was a mess and took forever. It sounds like last night in Amsterdam was a slow process too. I read somewhere 3k 10C tickets & three windows to pick up from.

Fingers crossed all goes smoothly next week !

    edited June 2018

The queue is inside where there are bars, restaurants, cinema, bowling I believe so it may be about agreeing where they can put a bunch of people who want to queue.

Pretty sure the O2 have done this before though. You'd think it would be a 5 minute conversation.

Probably not with as many people as queue for PJ (and for how long ,,, they won't want people there overnight) and also since their security changed following the Manchester bombing security takes longer and last time I was there (last year) they were only using one entrance to the floor (whereas they used to use more) and so if it is still the same they can't queue 10c at a separate entrance to everyone else.

Is there likely a huge difference between where you'll be standing at the O2 if you are first in line as opposed to if you arrive when doors open? 20 rows back rather than closer to the front? Further back than that? Never been to the O2.

There are concerts every night up until Monday's show. They can't have people waiting overnight when there are shows every night, I wouldn't think.

Yeah I guess the manchester bombing must have changed a lot of things... I guess the best plan is to get there as early as possible in the day and bring a book or something as there'll be a lot of waiting around! Also don't bring any rucksacks from what I remember of Eddie's show last year...

Pretty sure there is no support.

If I have Ten Club tickets for both London shows, do you think I can pick up tickets for both shows on the first day? Anyone have experience with that - maybe from Amsterdam where they also did two shows?

Just got mine too. This will be my third PJ gig but first time I’ve got standing tickets through tenclub. Does anyone know, through the early entry line with wrist band, is that for access to a separate standing area in front of the rest of the standing area or just to get in early and get to the front of the general standing area, if that makes sense?!

Got the confirmation for 18th and 19th, picking up tickets has turned into a bit of a chore, will be worth it though!  Just hope 10c have followed through and changed my standing tickets for seating on 19th as my daughter is coming to her first PJ show and she is 15!

I was hoping to be able to pickup both nights at once.....

  • I've never been able to pick up both nights in one go at a double header before so unfortunately I would say it's highly doubtful. With all the comments on here about long pickup lines in Amsterdam I'm pretty sure they wouldn't exacerbate it either by allowing pick up for both. Could email them to check but in the past hasn't been possible.

As for separate standing area for Ten Club tkts, I've come across that at other venues but they didn't have this for the O2 in 2009 and I wouldn't expect it this time. Usually at the O2 the whole floor is one standing space. The half hour early entry is the only way to take advantage of Ten Club tkts and get to the front before others I think.

Sorry, probably neither of those the answers ppl hoping for.
