Daughter from the last night of the 2000 tour comes in fairly long but it also has three or four tags.

Could be a version of Porch up there
Some of those early to mid 90s Porch versions are quite long, especially when Ed would disappear into the crowd or climb.

Better Man clocks in at 14:24

That's from my iTunes, which I don't have available to me right this second, so who knows, there could be 5 minutes of crowd noise or something  ;)

I've got a feeling Jams were regularly over 10 min back in the day. Ritfw from maybe Detroit (?) 94 is about 17 from memory.

Generally they jammed a lot more pre matt

  • Maybe I’m in the minority here, but I’ve always hated it when live songs get stretched out. During my first show, I was dreading hearing Daughter because I prefer that song to be short, as recorded. It’s different though, because I have no problem listening to Neil Young’s “Ordinary People” off his album even though it’s around 20 min??

It may not be the longest ever but it's still long.  Little Wing/Maggot Brain 7/9/95.  Good lord I wish they would've released this show as a Vault instead of Soldier Field '95, which was a few nights later.

I wonder how close they would be sonically, if someone, I dunno, either mashed them up or had one night’s Even Flow in the left channel and second night in the right channel. Ha!
