Missed Pearl Jam opening for the Chili Peppers in November of 91 because I wasn't "into" them (Smashing Pumpkins too for that matter). Luckily I came to my senses by April of 92 and saw them headlining.

Not going to PJ20. Had won tickets through 10c, first night had seats, second night had lawn, even had a free hotel cause my best friend booked that.
Ron: I just don't feel like going out tonight
    Sammi: Wanna just break up?

    1) Skipped the 9/29/96 Randall's Island show as I didn't realize I could make it back to school by means other than the official school bus, which only went upstate on Sundays (day of the show). My friend originally tried for Saturday tickets abut got bumped to Sunday, so I'd have missed the show either way. So in the end I didn't see any 1996 shows at all, and No Code is my favorite record.
    2) Didn't buy the east coast soccer shirt in 1998. Rectified that by buying one off ebay over ten years later.
    3) Didn't get tickets to 5/21/10 MSG =/ 5/20 which I attended was a great show, but 5/21.....

Not really a regret since I wasn't a fan/in the know at the time, but in 1991 the band played Tower Records in Yonkers which is about 15 minutes from my house. Woulda been sweet to have been there!

The year was 2012, I was on a ferry going on a vacation. When visiting the shop I looked at the newspapers front page. What I read made my heart heavy as a stone. Pearl Jam had performed a super great tributed concert and I had totally missed it, lucky for me I got my chance to see them in 2014 and that was one of the best experiences in my life. Thank you Pearl Jam !!!

Waiting to join the 10club until 2003.
Taking a break from Pearl Jam and getting into Phish, which resulted in missing the Mansfield shows in 1998 AND 2000 that were a few miles away from where I went to college and were always right before fall semester started.
Going to Mansfield I 2003, but not driving back down from Maine and going to "The Experiment."

Letting my 10 Club membership lapse, not driving to Charlotte or Charleston in '96 to see them, not buying Benaroya on vinyl. Other than those...it's been a great, great trip with the band...

In 1994 I wrote a letter to 10 Club with a membership form. I was mad I didn't hear anything back and held a grudge for years and didn't try again to become a member. I had been drinking a lot that night and burned some letters from an ex and I'm pretty sure that went up in smoke too.

    Really wish I had a 94 #...
I mean I dare you to sing "Black" and not feel it.
    I dare you.
I've tried to phone in "Jeremy" a few times, and it's tough.
    It doesn't work.

I carried this discussion over to Facebook, giving away a pennant, if anyone wants to share their story over at "Official Ten Club."

I would say not going to a few concerts during the 93-96yrs. Had the opportunity to go but chose to use it for booze and cig money instead back in the day when I smoked to be cool.

Had the cash and time off to bid and try to win the meet and greet with band and artist reserved tickets via Charitybuzz for the Moline 2013 show and chose not to thinking it would go for more than 3k (which it went for). Probably could have had the band sign my Ten sampler set and a Moline poster, or my Benny. And would have been to a great show...
Oh, and not going to Lollapalooza in 92 (I think). Plus should have joined the fan club back then

oh, had tix to see pj in Austin, 1995. first show ever. never been to any kind of rock concert at that point. Was driving from College Station, TX that Saturday with a friend. One problem, his Pontiac Fiero broke down. we spent all morning trying to fix it. no luck. no show. one of the worst days of my life. had to wait 3 more years to finally see the band on the Yield tour.

Mine would be skipping my home town shows Melbourne 2 and 3 in 2006. Missed my chance to complete Avocado and I'm still chasing WWS, Gone, Unemployable and Big Wave!
Also regret not travelling to more shows in Aus on the 06 tour. Newcastle for example had an awesome set.

I already posted my biggest regret(s) so I think I'll posted the opposite. In 1998 I did a cross Canada trip with a friend of mine (drove from Vancouver Island to Newfoundland and back again). We weren't sure if we would be back for the Vancouver show, so we cheated and did a small side trip to Missoula to see a show there (at the time I'd never seen a real PJ show, just a short set at Lollapalooza). We ended up getting back to Vancouver on time and seeing that show too.... but the move I'm still happy I made....

I get home on the 21st of July after being on the road for 5 weeks. I wake up the next morning and see my younger brother in the Kitchen. I ask him "You want to go to Seattle? Before I know it were racing to Victoria to get tickets from Ticketmaster (I still can't believe we got tickets that easy), race to the ferry, race to Seattle, and walk into the pit 5 minutes before PJ took the stage. Everything these days seems to take so much planning, but that was so spontaneous and still one of my favourite shows. I'm still completely happy to this day I chose to go straight back on the road after getting home :)

Lol. Problem 1: drank too much. Problem 2: Lost my ticket stub and I needed that with the wristband I was wearing to get into GA. Problem 3: I tried to argue with security about it and maybe said a few bad words.

I believe the ticket stub was in my poster tube, but I lost my poster tube prior to the argument.....I think....Someone has that beautiful poster. I just hope they didn't end up flipping it.

Honestly have been really fortunate and have countless great memories and experiences, but if I had to name something:

Not being old enough in 92 to be allowed to go to rock-n-roll concerts (but saw them in 94) - oh subregret: not entering the ticket lottery for the 94 show at the Masonic temple in Detroit because I already had tix to the Ann Arbor show...what poor logic

Not joining the 10C in high school so I could say, "hey, it's not like I'm in the fan club," when teased for my obsession (finally joined in 03)

I had tickets to the Gorge and Vancouver 2005 shows, but had an anxiety attack the night before my flight. Never got on the plane. Can't listen to that Gorge boot...too painful. But I used my flight credit to go to Vegas and San Diego 2006. That San Diego show was amazing.

    Nothing that hasn't been mentioned:
    1. Not seeing them live sooner (2000)
    2. Not joining the club sooner (2000)
    3. Not buying vinyl (and my turntable wasn't even broken)
