Are posters selling out?

Have the posters on this tour been selling out, or can I wait an hour or 2 after the intial rush and still get one?

Thanks for the info.

Depends on the show, MSG will sell out no matter what. Philly most likely will too. Not sure about the rest.

Lexington sold out. They were still available when we got to the merch truck at around 2:45 PM, but we had been in line from 11:30 AM. The people immediately after us found that no more were available. Tried to get one for a friend at the inside merch line. No success.

I'm guessing that with the way that merch is going this tour, if you don't put in a few hours in line, you aren't going to get one at the show. It doesn't mean that you won't find one afterwards, though.

I think they sell out posters at all of them, maybe unless the poster is a turd (which a few this tour have been).

Lexington merch seemed to go much quicker than Tampa. In Tampa if you went in at doors you could likely get inside (I waiting at merch truck during the day). By the time we made it down to Lexington posters were gone at the truck and once inside also gone. May have only been one merch stand in Lex, in Tampa there were several in concourse.

It's such a bummer that you have to show up at a show super early to get one. I think they should only sell once the doors to the venue open. When did this early afternoon poster stuff start exactly?

We were able to buy merch at outdoor tents at PJ20 & in Missoula in 2012...
Those are the first shows I remember being able to get merch before the show!!

If I like the art, I'd rather pay 2 - 3 times the original $40 price online rather than wait for hours in a line that typically does not function in an orderly fashion.

Both Lauderdale and Miami sold out outside (very orderly queue) and then sold out later inside too (not quite so much). Both great posters though, especially the Miami one, which I think is the best of the tour so far.

Yep, I'm with you, the Sperry Miami one is the best on so far. Have the Lauderdale one as well also, it's better then most so far also. Now just to get them framed.

Every show I have been to since 06 has sold out. Didn't even bother outside at Lexington show but had inside upon doors opening but sold out 5 people in front of me.

Just wait for the online drop... That's how I got all my best PJ posters. Waiting in line is for suckers.
