They ended up playing 14 of these songs on my sign in Jacksonville. Lets hope some of the others make Greenville!

I will make a different sign for Greenville because this one was pretty effective and I can add some different tunes.

If your front row, you don't even have to hold up the sign and block someone's view. I held it up maybe once. The rest of the time it sat against the rail for the most part

Last Bruce show I went to was crazy, seemed every second person had one

Well, Bruce has been taking signs for a few years now and picking a handful to do requests from. That promotes more signs being made by fans. If the band likes the interaction and encourages it it will only be more prominent. Remember the signs for Breath in 1998?

Some are definitely well thought out but drunk woman and drunk guy both taking turns holding the sign asking for the band AND them to help sing the song, not so much.

Just be courteous.

Yeah. I don't really drink so no worries there. The one beer I had before the show I JAX was literally the first beer Or alcoholic beverage I've had in about a year. Yeah I don't think there should be any problem as long as fans are respectful of each other BUT you will always have people who just don't like or are opposed to signs no matter what you do with them. The set I had was-

So 9 of those played songs show up in the majority of sets but I put them in because I knew they had to play hits and rare songs to make it more realistic. But ghost rival glorified g and hail hail were not really a given to be played, at least not nearly as much as the other that were played are.

Me too. Yield is my favorite PJ album. Ive seen every song live but have not heard MFC or In Hiding in a while. I saw MFC in 2000 and In Hiding in 2006. Ive heard all the other Yield songs more recently than those two. Of course No Way, Brain of J, or All Those Yesterdays would also be nice

thanks. I put some effort into it. I was really shocked we got Rival and Of The Earth, I never thought those would happen so really pleasant surprises and the show/crowd was just great. Just wonderful experience from start to finish.
