On my list of shows to check out. Hope it becomes a hit because I really like Titus Welliver. One of the all-time great "that guys".

Michael Connelly is totally one of my favorite authors. Bosch is getting ready to retire in the books but I don't think he'll go away.

Oh gosh! And here I thought- at last, a thread about spark plugs!

    But no... :frowning:

I loved the first season. Have started on the books and they make perfect summer reading. Recommended.

We are only on series one, episode 6 here. I can't miss it! I've read all the books and connellys imagery in the books is so good as I watch the shows I feel I've seen them before. The actors are a great match too. If you haven't read the books, get into them.
late PJ bloomer- what was I doing in the 90's that I didn't know who Pearl Jam was???

Anyone start season 2 yet? I've binge watched half of it already. In my opinion, it's better than season 1 so far.

The books are great. So is the show. Finished season 2 earlier this week and am hopeful for season 3.

Nice. I love this show. They do a great job with the cinematography and music score. It also helps to have those awesome Wire alumni on the show and Titus Welliver. Some of my favorite actors from my favorite shows. I'll be binge watching this season again.

Really liked season 4.  The whole cast is really great...most of the secondary characters are very good.  And it has already been renewed for season 5!

Kinda want to start reading the books but there are so many of them...and I know I'll get really into it and have to read all of them.

I've never been to Los Angeles but Angels Flight looked EXACTLY liked I pictured it when reading the novel. Everything about the first episode of season 4 was spot on and it just went from there. Really enjoy this show.

Sweet that another season is coming!

I absolutely love this show.  Aside from seeing my city from both familiar and different angles, it's so well-layered, written, acted, filmed...and on.  Binged and binged as soon as I found it.

(plus, Titus is pretty fucking easy on these eyes o'mine)

I became a big fan of Welliver's after l saw him on Lost. This role has only solidified how great he is. Great cast all around. The cast for this show is what drew me in, but the quality has been phenomenal since season 2. One of my top 5 shows right now with Better Call Saul, The Ozarks, The Americans and Mindhunter.

Can't wait for April 19. I'm going to miss this show when it's gone.

That trailer looks intriguing - no less than what I expect from this series.

Less than two months away, yet the anticipation is gonna kill me!

Nice!  Can't wait for this one.  It's a hit show for Amazon and has already been renewed for season 6 so I don't think you have to worry about this one going away anytime soon...
