Worst 10 Club Seats You've Ever Gotten?

rvapetervapete Posts: 488
Alright folks let it rain. Be it the F5 days or the PowerBall of the status quo, what are the worst seats the 10C has given you? (date/location/venue of the show)

Looking forward to the cringe-worthy responses. As for my story, I've never won "seats" with 10C (only GA to 1 show in '13) so I'd rather be plesently surprised.

Best of luck to everyone this go around!

Went to Chicago 1 show in 09, 8/23 I believe. Mind you I had only been in the 10c for about a year at the time but my seats were buried in the rafters, opposite side of the stage. Great show and I don't have any regrets, but there had to have been general sale tix sold closer than where I was.
He who forgets will be destined to remember.

I was at the exact same show and got almost the exact same ten club tics. Worst I've had but at least i was in the building....

Funny, Chicago '09 ( night 1) was the only show I've had "bad" 10c seats as well. Not sure what the deal was with that show, but I was way back too with my #169000 10C number.

I was in the rafters on Stone's side. Night 2 seats were significantly better.

Ten Club must have had a shitload of seats for that first Chicago show in 09. So many people in 10c had shitty seats. I was up in the 300 level way towards the back.

    Yep. Third deck.

Also for LA2, with my wife's seats, we were in the reserved behind GA. That was pretty bad.

Oklahoma city 2013 we were about 15 rows behind GA on the floor. I remember the people in front of me had printed public sale tickets which I thought was odd. I'm 6' 3" and floor seats are even bad for me!

I was going to say Chicago '09 too! Mine weren't that bad, but they were pretty far back on the side.

A few rows from the back at on the floor at Buffalo 2013. I didn't deserve great seats, however, as I had just become a paying member a day or two before the tour was announced. In fact, I was shocked (yet still very grateful) I got 10c seats at all!

Behind a pole at wrigley. Literally my face three foot behind a pole. After the rain we were able to relocate but that wasn't cool.

I wouldn't complain about any of the seats I've got but the "worst" were Chicago 2009, both nights. Kansas City 5-3-2010 we were almost 30 rows back on floor. I typically get between row 18 and 22 on the floor with my number so another 10 rows for that one.

Thats pretty ugly. Roughly what is your #?I hope Tenclub fixed this problem listening to the fans that these seats are not very good. I have a 512XXX number and will probably be stuck back there at some point. I am going to be really curious to see where people with a high number sit during the first couple of shows in this tour.

Every show on the 2003 show. Wasn't completely seniority based and was set up by blocks of ten club numbers. I refused to wait for hours in line so I would usually get the worst seats in that block of seats.

That first show in Chicago in 2009 was a bit of a special case. Pearl Jam only played two US shows in 2007 (Vic and Lolla in Chicago) and then did the short east coast tour in June 2008. The first North American shows announced in 2009 (not counting Outside Lands and ACL) were Toronto and Chicago 1. Needless to say demand was high for these two shows.

I got very last row in the corner of the theatre for an Eddie Vedder show in Seattle. I was happy just to be in the place. Funny thing though, I went on Ticketmaster and got tickets to the second show and they were almost in the exact same spot as the 10C tickets I got for the night before. Nonetheless, I was super happy just to be in the building! :)

That's funny because I was on Mike's side, lower level, about center court of where the basketball floor would be for that 2013 Dallas show. I was almost at the top of the section but they were great seats.
