    As previously announced, please note that tickets for Pearl Jam at Fenway Park on Aug 5 & 7 will officially go on sale at 12 pm (noon) ET on Friday, February 12 at www.redsox.com/pearljam.

    The tickets that you purchased through the Tickets.com website have been cancelled.

    Got the email.

    Too many people called Tickets.com asking what was going on. If only everyone would have carried on with their day :angry:

    PS I love how they used a no-reply email address and left no contact info. Cowards :bee:

    How the hell does that impact bank cards, if the refunds aren't processed in time it may mean some miss out because of spending today, utter bullshit.

    Like all other online store mistakes.... it doesn't hurt to try and get the thing, but you have to think it the back of your mind it might get cancelled. No harm in trying.

    I do agree that a random onsale time might benefit the fans as the bots are ready to go at the posted time.
