Tour Announcement to happen on Wednesday, and here's why....

The 2016 Tour Announcement will happen on Wednesday because the band are really time travelers and everyone knows that October 21st is when Marty McFly arrived in the future. The signs are all there:

1. How else did Pearl Jam know that Ticketmaster was the Evil Empire before anyone else did?
2. How else did Pearl Jam know that it's wasn't a big deal to deal with Mtv by refusing to make videos?
3. How else did Pearl Jam know to sell recordings of their shows because they knew the music industry was going to collapse?
4. How else did Pearl Jam know to change their setlist every night making it a necessary to see them multiple times on one tour?
5. How else does Jeff Ament look exactly the same as he did 20 years ago?

The signs are all there... Got to get Back in Time... See you on the 21st.

    I think you're spot on... But You forgot about the vinyl. They know that there would be so much interest in their vinyl catalog and that they would end up selling it for so much more than cost on the soon to be invented Internet (even if it's for charity)...that's why they limited it
