I ordered a batch of shows 3 weeks ago today. Received an email confirmation a week later that they were shipped. 2 weeks later, they still haven't arrived. 3 weeks and counting and still nothing. Pretty pathetic.
The Denver show isn't even available at this point. However, that one wasn't in my order.

Yes, I do. I emailed them yesterday. Haven't gotten a response back yet. I received a shipping confirmation email 2 weeks ago but all it says is that a shipping label has been created. It has stayed on this status for 2 weeks.

My sister ordered 2 boots for me for Christmas on December 3rd. She called me Monday night freaking out because she didn't get them yet. I ordered the Milwaukee boot on the 2nd and didn't get it until yesterday. So, I'm guessing she'll get them before Christmas. But, who knows. Nugs has been slow as hell.

I ordered two Milwaukee bootlegs the moment they dropped. It sucks that I received the exciting false shipping notice on Friday the 11th, but apparently they've only created my shipping label.
Crazy how long this takes. One copy is supposed to be a gift that I need to mail once it gets here.
9 days to process the order then another few weeks to slap a label on the order and mail it?!? So glad I opted to pay extra for the frustration of owning a CD vs burning my own...

It would be great if you got the sleeve artwork with the downloads so you could print your own, like the 06 boots. That's honestly the only reason I buy the CD's now, to get the sleeve and art. Otherwise I'd just download and burn away.
It is a joke that it takes so long to get the CDs delivered. Is Nugs just some kid that lives in the basement of his parents house running a bootleg business? C'mon ten club, you are a million dollar organization, stop nickel and diming your fan base and hire partners that can get a job done quicker. Shouldn't take over 3 weeks to ship a cd. Completely agree. It's funny how every complaint around here is met with a bunch of excuses. Nugs is swamped with orders? Is that our problem? No. 10c needs to figure out a better way.

I ordered 3 boots on Dec 2. I got a Nugs shipping confirmation on 12/12. Tracking still says they label has been printed. I have some serious traveling ahead of me very soon, and I will be disappointed if I don't have Moline, St. Paul, and MKE to play loudly!!
